Barware

  • Jigger: If you want to be precise when making your drink and do not have the jigger a measuring spoon can work great and for larger volume a measuring cup can do the work.
  • Bar spoon: If you have a bar spoon that would be perfect if not any spoon you have around will work perfectly.

Ingredients

Adjusting recipe amounts

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz honey syrup
  • Pot of green tea, chilled
  • Sliced cucumber

Preparation

Step One.

Make your honey syrup first. In a small pot, combine equal parts water and honey. Allow to cool after heating on the stove until the honey is dissolved in the water.

Step Two.

Add gin and the honey syrup to a any glass you wish to use, make sure to add ice first.

Step Three.

Lastly, add as many sliced cucumber as your heart desires.
